For iPhone Users:
- Open Safari on your iPhone.
- Navigate to the Members Page.
- Log in if prompted. If you forget your password, click "forgot password," follow the reset instructions, then return to step 2.
- Tap the share button at the bottom of your screen.

Scroll down and tap on "Add to Home Screen."
Voila! The app will now appear on your home screen:
Note: Make sure your Safari is updated to the latest version.
For Android Users:
- Open Google Chrome on your Android device.
- Navigate to the Members Page.
- Log in if prompted. If you forget your password, click "forgot password," follow the reset instructions, then return to step 2.
- Tap the three vertical dots in the top right of your screen.
- Tap "Install App" or "Add to Home Screen," depending on your Android version.
- On the "Add To Home Screen" screen, a preview of the shortcut's icon will be displayed. To add the new icon to an available space on your Android device's Home Screen, simply tap the "Add Automatically" button.
Done! The app will now appear on your Android home screen:
Troubleshooting Downloading the App:
Facing issues? Follow these steps:
- Use Safari for iOS, Chrome for Android.
- For iOS, if you have over 9 pages of apps, organize them into folders to make space.
- Update to the latest version of iOS or Android.
- Restart your browser and device if necessary.
