I’m sorry my blog post for today wasn’t up earlier. Neither was I 😉 My husband and I went to a Dave Matthew’s show last night. Actually, we went specifically to see moe. who opened for Dave. Except it felt like Dave Matthews Band closed for moe. because the forty-five minute moe. set highlighted the evening which they ended with a tribute to Scranton by playing The Office theme song. Tim Reynolds redeemed a less than impressive setlist and they did play my favorite song, #41.

But you want to hear about Tiffany Reisz daring Sara Taylor Woods, a dark fantasy writer, on Twitter to show her some smut. So Sara did.

Apparently, a long-winded rant on Twitter regarding Daddy kink ended with Tiffany daring Sara Taylor Woods to write a story about fancy suit kink involving a Daddy-type.  I’ve had the George Michael song Father Figure stuck in my head which has inspired me to do another giveaway for Father’s Day—more on that TBA. Considering my recent song fixation I was inspired to continue reading Well-Suited.

I’m not quite sure I’m ever going to be able to enter a Men’s Warehouse without being inappropriately turned on or imagining titillating (pun intended) experiments with double clip hangers. Her story built tension with sizzling sensuality and dark wit which climaxed with an intelligently crafted scene containing BDSM elements.

Kudos.

Sara also has a short story in the upcoming anthology, THE BIG BAD, coming out this summer from Dark Oak Press. Her story Well-Suited can be read on Tiffany Reisz’s blog.

Ok… Now for details on my Who’s Your Daddy? Father’s Day Giveaway. Starting June 9th and leading up to Father’s Day I will be featuring interviews and possibly some excerpts or short stories with a Daddy-type theme. I will be giving away free erotic e-books revolving around this theme to random winners. If you comment on the contest blog post with why your father (or a person who has played that role in your life) is important to you, I might pick you to win some free erotica.

If you’re an author with a Daddy-type theme book and you would like to giveaway some e-books and be featured in an interview please contact me at authoracjames(at)gmail(dot)com. Stories containing hot priests are welcome too. An autographed paperback or two would make a really great giveaway. Ok, maybe that hint was a little too much but I couldn’t help myself. Daddy-type themed short stories to be featured on the blog that week are welcome as well.

Those of you that participated in my Sizzling, Hot, Memorial Day Giveaway, please check if you’re a winner. I haven’t heard from a few of you and if I don’t hear back from you by Monday, I will distribute unclaimed prizes among winners who have shared their contact information with me.
